JORDAN CONNETT
Jordan is a Real Estate Entrepreneur. He got his start with Keller Williams where he earned multiple national awards, coached agents & moved into brokerage ownership. Through the years in real estate, he has sold over 1200 homes, managed brokerage operations, rental property management, commercial investments, land entitlements, and ground-up development.
In 2013 he founded Redefy, a technology-based real estate brokerage that grew to well over 500 agents nationally. Jordan served as Chairman & CEO until 2018 when he exited the company to focus on real estate sales and development.
Today, Jordan operates multiple companies.
Connett Real Estate – real estate sales brokerage helping others move, invest and grow all things real estate.
Red Oak Development – a small infill developer focusing on duplex to 14-unit townhome projects.
Baobab Development – focuses on larger land entitlement projects.
CRE Property Management – manages all types of rental property.

PAM GROMER
Born and raised in Colorado to real estate parents, Pam has the ideal foundation for helping folks sell and buy homes. Her parents taught her the value of integrity, a commitment to excellence in customer service, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
After graduating from Denver Christian High School, she earned a BA in Psychology with a minor in Communication from the University of Colorado.
Her passion, infectious enthusiasm, and depth of experience in the real estate industry are
evident in earning her a multitude of awards, including the 5-Star Professional Award several years in a row. She will be featured in Forbes Magazine along with only 50 other Denver agents. She has loved the business for 29 years.
She worked at Re/Max for years before joining Connett Real Estate. As a result of this experience, she has a seasoned and successful perspective on how to represent her clients to the best of her ability. She takes pride in providing the best service possible. The best part of what she does? Getting a hug from overjoyed clients. Hands down.
Her husband of 24 years, Paul, is a professor at CU Denver and they were married while scuba diving. Her daughter, Alexandra, just graduated from college, will be attending medical school in the fall and aspires to be an Emergency Physician. The whole family has a passion for adventure and has enjoyed all that Colorado has to offer as well as traveling the world and living every day to the fullest.
